SneakGuard warranties apply only to SneakGuard combi-fresh and are subject to the following terms: all SneakGuard warranties are non-transferable and are only available to the original end-user consumer. This warranty excludes damage to the product from misuse or abuse, such as improper cleaning, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, theft, or use in a commercial establishment. To be able to take advantage of the warranties you must first register your SneakGuard combi-fresh at sneakguard.com. To request a replacement product under a warranty policy you must provide proof of purchase and request the replacement via email to [email protected] A valid credit card number will also be required for returns and warranty repairs. Warranties do not apply to SneakGuard combi-fresh purchased from unauthorized retailers, such as, but not limited to, third party sellers on Amazon and ebay.
In the unlikely event that your SneakGuard becomes defective during the warranty period, at SneakGuard’s discretion, we will provide a replacement for your product at no charge. If the combi-fresh container is under warranty, we may provide a prepaid return label and arrange a repair, then return the product back to you. Repairs are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of receipt.
Limited Lifetime Warranty
Our warranty is limited to wear and damage during the lifetime of the product. You must register your SneakGuard combi-fresh at sneakguard.com and return the damaged product to SneakGuard at your own shipping expense. At its option SneakGuard, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is of equal value. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number and be required to pay a $39.99 shipping and handling charge for the replacement product.
90-Day Manufacturer’s Warranty
SneakGuard warrants the combi-fresh against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of NINETY (90) Days from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user consumer. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear. You must register your product at sneakguard.com, and provide proof of purchase by emailing your scanned receipt, and provide a valid credit card number. You must also return the damaged combi-fresh to SneakGuard. If a valid claim is made during the ninety day period, SneakGuard, at its option, will either (1) replace the product, or (2) exchange the product with a product that is of equal value. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or thirty (30) days from the date of replacement, whichever is greater. Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
15-Day Return Policy
If you purchased your SneakGuard combi-fresh directly from sneakguard.com we offer a 15-day money-back guarantee. The combi-fresh container and all parts must be returned to SneakGuard. You must provide proof of purchase and ship the SneakGuard at your own expense. You have the option to replace the product at no charge, exchange the product with a product that is of equal value or refund the purchase price of the product less shipping. Returns must be in new condition, in the unopened original box with the original unopened seal intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SNEAKGUARD IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, AND LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS. SNEAKGUARD’S WARRANTIES DO NOT COVER ANY THIRD PARTY PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ANY CONSUMER. SNEAKGUARD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT FOR SUSPECTED FRAUD OR ABUSE OF SNEAKGUARD’S WARRANTY POLICY CONTAINED HEREIN. SNEAKGUARD’S WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SNEAKGUARD SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF THE LAW PROHIBITS SNEAKGUARD FROM DISCLAIMING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATIONS REFERRED TO HITHERTO.
SNEAKGUARD’S RESELLERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATIONS, ADDITIONS OR EXTENSIONS TO SNEAKGUARD’S WARRANTIES. SNEAKGUARD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TERMS OF ITS WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES WITHOUT NOTICE.
The benefits conferred by these warranties are in addition to other rights you may have depending on your country, state or province of residence. Furthermore, some countries, states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If any provision of these warranties is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect any remaining provisions.

Damaged / Incomplete / Incomplete Orders
If you receive an order shipped from sneakguard.com that is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us immediately.
Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied by the shipping carrier and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.
- Please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain an RA # number, within 30 days of the date your order was received. A Return Authorization Number is required for all returns. Return Authorization Numbers expire 15 days after issuance. RA#’s may take up to 3 business days to be issued.
- Verify that the SneakGuard™ is in its original packaging with the tamper proof seal unopened, and that all manuals and accessories are included. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS, FedEx or insured USPS. SneakGuard™ does not accept international return and exchange shipments. When shipping, use a traceable ground shipping method that provides a return tracking number. Be sure to keep this number safely for reference. If you choose not to use these services, you are responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping.

- Print the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We can only issue credit to the card used to place the order after we receive, inspect, and processes your return. Please note: your issuing bank determines when this credit will be reflected on your statement.

Amending & Cancelling Orders
SneakGuard™ is unable to amend or cancel orders once tracking information has been generated, usually within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact SneakGuard™ support as soon as possible.
